My name is Matt. Thank you for visiting my site. I created Movement Resilience (formerly Mobility 101) with the purpose of helping people build resilient movement and resilient strength to continue doing what they love most: move. This purpose is met through coaching, workshops, speaking, and writing. Through education and empowerment, I am dedicated to positively impacting the fields of Strength & Conditioning and Rehabilitation with the primary intent of always having training as the end goal. The vision behind Mobility 101 is to develop a community that intertwines and enhances both of these fields through a unique, hybrid approach.
